Non-profit organisations face ever-growing demand for services and support, and fundraising isn’t getting any easier. The operational models we’ve used to run our organisations have served us well in the past, but society is changing, and we have to stay ahead of what people – and the planet – need from us. There are new and better ways to reach people, to scale our impact and to run our organisations.
